Can I use more than one coupon code for an order?

No, only one coupon code can be applied per purchase.

When/where do I enter the coupon code?

On the customer information page in the checkout process, the discount code can be entered to the right of the screen beneath your cart information.

I entered a coupon code that didn't apply. What's up with that?

There may be a couple of reasons as to why a coupon code did not apply:

  1. The code has expired or didn't meet the minimum requirements
  2. The code was entered incorrectly

If neither or the above reasons seem applicable, there could be a technical glitch. Please notify us of the issue via email at our contact page.

Can I apply a coupon code for a previous order?

No, coupon codes are only valid during a specified date range and must be entered at the time of purchase to be applied.


When will my order ship?

We strive to have all orders shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. All shipments are sent via DHL Ground and typically take between 5-7 days for delivery within the United States. 

What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders of products ensure you are able to get items as soon as we get them back in stock. Typically your shipment will be delayed 2-3 weeks allowing the product to get back in stock. As soon as your item(s) are back in stock, your entire order will ship :)!
